OUR VISION: EYES ON JESUS
In a world full of distractions, competing priorities, and endless noise, we want to be a people who continually fix our gaze on Jesus.
Following Jesus was never meant to be a solo journey. We are a community of ordinary people learning to keep our eyes on Jesus together. Wherever you are in your faith journey, you are welcome to join us as we seek to know Jesus more deeply, follow Him more faithfully, and help others do the same.
SEEING JESUS CLEARLY
We believe everything begins with Jesus. Through Scripture, prayer, worship, and community, we seek to know Him as He truly is—His character, His heart, His truth, and His ways. As we see Jesus more clearly, our lives are transformed by His love and grace.
FOLLOWING JESUS FAITHFULLY
Seeing Jesus clearly leads to following Him faithfully. We desire to be people who trust His words, obey His commands, and reflect His character in everyday life. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we seek to live as His disciples wherever He has placed us.
what we believe
At the centre of everything we believe is Jesus Christ. We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who created all things, sustains all things, and is making all things new through Christ. We believe Jesus is Lord, that through His death and resurrection people can be reconciled to God, and that the Bible faithfully reveals God's truth and authority for our faith and practice.
We believe the Holy Spirit lives within every believer. Through Him, we become God's temple and are transformed into the likeness of Christ.
The Holy Spirit empowers us to pray, worship, serve, and participate in God's mission. As people who carry God's presence, we desire to be houses of prayer for the nations and faithful witnesses to Jesus wherever He sends us.
The church and discipleship
We believe the church is a community of disciples learning to follow Jesus together. Every follower of Christ has direct access to God, is valued as part of His family, and is called to use their God-given gifts to build up the church and serve the world.
We recognise and support leaders who equip God's people for ministry, while affirming that every believer has a part to play in the life, mission, and discernment of the church. Together, we seek the mind of Christ and encourage one another to grow as faithful disciples.
Baptism & Human Flourishing
We practice believer's baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to follow Him. We believe baptism is for those who have personally responded to God's grace and chosen to become disciples of Jesus.
We believe every person is created in the image of God and is deeply loved by Him. We believe God created humanity as male and female, that marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and that God's design for singleness, marriage, family, and sexuality is wise, good, and life-giving.
We believe God's grace offers forgiveness, healing, and restoration to all who trust in Christ and seek to follow Him faithfully.
Abiding in Jesus
We believe that apart from Jesus we can do nothing. Our hope is not in our own strength, wisdom, or effort, but in Christ alone.
As we abide in Him through prayer, His Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit, He transforms us, bears fruit through us, and enables us to participate in His mission.
Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we seek to keep our eyes on Jesus, grow as His disciples, and help others see Him clearly and follow Him faithfully.
